What kinds of needs can we bring to a consultation?
You can begin with a governance, policy, leadership, school improvement, professional learning, instructional, STEM/STEAM/CTE, or emerging strategic need. The first conversation helps clarify the right scope.
Are services limited to the options listed on the website?
No. The service areas show the core of the work, but engagements can be adapted to your context. Flexible thought partnership is available when a need does not fit neatly into one category.
Do you provide support for individual principals and schools?
Yes. Support can include school diagnostics, improvement planning, principal coaching, leadership-team development, professional learning, and implementation support.
Do you publish standard prices?
No. Scope, duration, team size, travel, and the level of support vary. After an initial consultation, Minus the Bar can recommend an approach and provide a clear proposal.
How do we begin?
